“Don’t be afraid of change,” says Rakin Choudhury

In a recent interview with The Print, the BLSA President offered advice to his successor about being the figurehead of Barts and The London’s Student Association. “Don’t be afraid of change”, he said. “We sometimes get stuck in routine because things work – but there is always something we can improve to get to the next level.”

Speaking with Editor-in-Chief of The Dental Mirror James Coughlan, Rakin Choudhury shared his thoughts on transparency of funding, security on the Whitechapel campus, and the threat of the Queen Mary School of Life Sciences to BLSA.

Thank you to all the students who submitted questions via our online form for this interview.
